At ZOYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZOYA account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
